There were 26 proposals from 19 organizations. Five of them were short-listed and their producers were invited to Tokyo to make presentations on their proposed programs on October 22, 2012. The winner was officially announced at the Awards ceremony on October 25, and received a trophy and a check prize for US$8,000 from Mr. Hiroshi Shiono, the President of the Hoso Bunka Foundation. |
