| There were 64 proposals from 42 organizations. Five of them
were short-listed and their producers were invited to Tokyo
to make presentations on their proposed programs on October
28, 2006. The winner was officially announced at the Awards
ceremony on October 30, and received a trophy and a check prize
for US$8,000 from Mr. Toshio Kawatake, the president of the
Hoso Bunka Foundation.
